LaVistaNicaragua.com
Case Study:
La Vista Eco Properties are located in Nicaragua. This was a redesign of an existing site. The old site had too much content, along with zero organization, which led the user in circles around the site. I designed the new site with the intention of directing the user where to go. The homepage Flash animation pulls you into the site. From here you can find out info about the development, quickly find pricing info, and of course check out some stunning photos. Custom social media icons were made for the footer, allowing easy cross marketing of the website. This was a fun site to design and code, I personally love the end result.

Real Estate Website Comp
Case Study:
Another Photoshop design. This is a re-design of an interior part of an existing website. The tricky part of this design was fitting a lot of elements in a small area. Also, the text is dynamic, so it is constantly changing in size, depending on how much information a certain property has, so that had to be figured into the design.
